Orders
If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns within 28 days. Items must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent. When the item has been received, you will be offered a full refund, or a replacement depending
on stock. Please contact us via

Orders will not be fulfilled until full payment has been made.
In busy times, turn around times may be longer then usual. We will always keep
customers up to date with any changes via our social media channels.
SpellboundCaithness is not responsible for payment misinformation.

Shipping
We use third party couriers to ship our products.
By purchasing from us you agree to your

We are not responsible for any delays via courier.
You will receive a tracking number with
your order from the courier.
We currently use Royal Mail to ship within the UK.
Spellbound Caithness is not responsible for any
incorrect shipping information being entered at the checkout, and does not refund or replace orders due to this. If an item is returned back to us, We reserve the right to recharge for delivery.
Fraud
If we suspect we are the victims of fraudulent
activity or intended fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities.
